There has been one raise and you will have positional disadvantage the rest of the hand. That said, you have already put in the big blind which effectivly is a rebate on the cost to see the flop. Furthermore the decision is made easier as everyone else at the table has already acted. Most of the time in this situation, it is easy to come by a cheap flop. With one raisor and three other callers, the big blind is straight away getting 1:10 with a call.
With this combination of good and bad factors, almost all starting hands playable from late position when there has not been a raise are playable in this situation. The hands strengths are pretty equal pre-flop in the different positions/situations (when in LP there has not been a raise and in BB it also "just" one bet although there has been a raise) though they are often played differently post-flop. The hands are either strong or speculative. Do however note the "yellow dots"
The "yellow dots" shows the hands that has been removed for this scenario. There is one common denominator for the removed hands. The hands are all high, but not really high, unsuited cards. This hand type also goes by the name offsuit Broadway, and they are easily dominated by higher cards. Higher cards are much more likely when there has been a raise. The weakest hands that should be played are suited kings K

and suited connectors J

.
The only real strength of suited kings is the flush capability. Hitting a pair of kings against a raisor and a few callers is not a comforting situation. The broadest definition of suited connectors is applied now. The higher ranking the high card of the starting hand is, the larger gap is allowed. For jacks and queens, three-gapped combinations should be played. If the gap gets large there is no longer any benefits of the connectedness. The weakest hands do not win very often, but has the capability to beat large fields. When this type of hands wins a pot, the pot is most often big.
The same reasoning as for other similar situations guide the recomendations to not re-raise 99 and AQo.
