PokerBlue.com Launches High Roller Event

BELL GARDENS, California -- PokerBlue.com announced today, the live, world premiere Internet broadcast of its all new, "Whale Game," a weekly high-limit event that will feature high-stakes players from the worlds of poker, sports and entertainment.

"Until now, games of this level -- in which hundreds of thousand of dollars are on the line -- have been shrouded in secrecy ... played behind closed doors of guarded private estates," enthuses Yosh Nakano, a high-limit poker legend, and now an Ambassador for PokerBlue.com.

The "Whale Game" premier event will seat eight, big name, high-profile players including: Dr. Jerry Buss (Owner of the Los Angeles Lakers), actor Gabe Kaplan, 2005 World Poker Tour Champion Tuan Le, Shawn Sheikhan (the #11 finisher in the 2005 WSOP Main Event), Tim Phan (the #24 finisher in the 2005 WSOP Main Event), Yosh Nakano (ranked by NBC-TV among the world's top 64 players), and Frank Hong (a high-stakes ambassador to PokerBlue.com). Identity of the game's eighth player will remain a mystery until show time.

According to Nakano, this world premiere "Whale Game" will be a $10,000 buy-in, High-Limit (400-800) Hold'em game in which pots may soar to as much as $25,000. "Players better bring there 'huevos' to this brawl," exclaims Nakano.

Weekly, Internet "Whale Game broadcasts will air live online at TheBike.com beginning at 6:00 pm (PDT). "Live at the Bike" is hosted by the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, CA and is produced by Joker Gaming.
